How to test your antivirus by creating our own VIRUS?

After installing an antivirus,you have to wait until a virus enters your system to check whether your antivirus is working properly..
No need to wait for long..here is a simple way to create a temperory virus file in your system to test antivirus.
STEPS:
1.Open a new notepad in your desktop.
2.Type the below coding in the notepad
       
                      X50!P%AP[4/PZX54(P^)7CC)7}
                     $EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*

3.Save the file as AVTEST.COM
4.Now scan the file ,if your antivirus is working it will detect this file as a virus file,else it won't.
